At Zavelyna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

We accept returns up to 14 days after the order receipt date. After this period, we will not be able to process the return.

2. Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use
Be in its original, sealed, and intact packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns are not accepted for:

Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
Products damaged by the customer
Products on final clearance sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, please follow these steps:

Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return
Await our confirmation and shipping instructions (response within 24-48h)
Send the product to the indicated address, properly packaged
Upon receipt and verification, we will process the refund

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and approval of the return, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a defective product or an error on our part, in which case shipping will be free.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective product or a product different from the one ordered, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the situation at no additional cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund.
